Working around the farming year
Farm construction rarely happens on an empty site. Access for machinery, existing yards, drainage and the timing of harvest all shape how and when work can be carried out, so those practicalities are discussed from the outset rather than discovered halfway through.
Because groundworks, concrete and building work are handled by the same company, stages can be sequenced around the operation instead of being coordinated between separate contractors.

The concrete specification and finish depend on the intended use and the agreed project requirements, so each requirement is considered individually.
